I’m an Registered Counsellor with New Zealand’s Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
I am also a Named Provider for ACC Sensitive Claims and a Provider of Aoake te Rā Bereavement by suicide service.

How are the counselling sessions conducted?

Our coaching sessions are conducted either in-person at Jem’s plant filled office, or online via secure video conferencing platforms.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a talk-based therapy with a registered counsellor that can assist you in a variety of ways, including identifying issues, reshape negative thought processes, heal through significant pain/trauma and be a space for reflection in this fast world.

What is required to come to counselling?

Your attendance! During the first session we will explore expectations you might have about counselling, and set a direction for counselling. Regardless of your counselling experience, I’ll assist you in every step of the journey.

What is a registered counsellor?

A registered counsellor is someone who is accredited by a governing body. I am accredited member with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (#11641), the main governing body of counsellors in NZ.

How much does the counselling cost?

Individual session: $100.00NZD (GST included) per 60 minute session.

Couples session: $145.00NZD (GST included) per 60 minute session.

Is there opportunities for counselling?

Potentially!
ACC Sensitive Claims and Aoake te Rā funding with no surcharge may be available dependant on certain criteria.
